How Does This Work?
Once you sign up for monthly service through one of our subscription options, we’ll get to work on your file by creating a special email address for you in our client services department. You’ll be asked to answer some questions about your situation, and we’ll ask for a copy of your divorce paperwork, if you’ve already finalized your divorce.
When you have a message you want to send your Ex, simply email your message to us at your special email address, and we’ll work on processing it within 24 hours Monday through Friday.
COMMUNICATIONS SERVICE OPTIONS
Silver Monthly Subscription $199
This includes up to 10 messages sent to your Ex through your own email address (FirstName.LastName.clientservices@myexcommunications.com) that we manage. Once you send your email to us for rewriting, we’ll destroy your original after 10 days so it can’t be recalled or used in a court proceeding. That means you can say almost anything you want (without threatening to do any harm, of course), get it off your chest, and you’ll be assured of your privacy, when we rewrite it to be diplomatic.
Gold Monthly Subscription $249
This includes everything in the Silver Monthly Service but includes an additional option to review your mediated communication before we send it out. You send us your message, we review and rewrite it, and send it back for your approval. We will destroy any communications after 10 days.
Platinum Monthly Subscription $299
Sometimes it’s important to keep a record of your exchanges with your Ex, just in case there are any legal issues that arise. That’s when you’ll want the Platinum Service. In addition to the basic monthly service and the option to review your mediated communication for approval before we send it out, we’ll send you a monthly report of the exchanges that have taken place, including dates, time sent, email destinations, and summary content.
